FILTER INSERTS MULTIFORM

Special filtration papers, made of cellulose and glass sub-micron fibres with the required filter class, are used as a filter medium.

This filtration paper is folded into a stable thread with the optimum number and height of folds with respect to the operating point of the filter. Continuous hot-melt beads ensure not only stability of the thread, but also regular and parallel folds of the filtration medium and thus a full-scale use of the filtration area. Filter threads in a V-shape are sealed hermetically with a sealant into a stable plastic filter frame made of ABS. The peripheral clamping flange allows high-quality sealing of the filter insert in the mounting frame.

Filter inserts MULTIFORM can be mounted into common wall mounting frames, where sealing is glued.

Field of use

Filter inserts MULTIFORM are used mainly where maximum operating certainty and air purity is required. They are used for filtration of supplied air from fine dust, bacteria and pollens in all air-conditioning and ventilation devices or as a prefilter for highly efficient filter inserts.

FILTER INSERTS MULTIPLAN

This filter paper is folded to match the required filter class. This filter paper is folded into a stable package with optimum number and height of folds to match the operating point of the filter. Continuous hot-melt threads ensure not only stability of the package, but also regular and parallel folds of filter medium and thus complete use of the filter area.

Filter package is hermetically sealed into the filter frame made of MDF board (pressed wooden fibres) equipped with the basic protective layer. If we need to ensure humidity-stable filter frame, we can alternatively use water-resistant plywood. On request, the filter frame can be made of the following materials – zinc-plated steel metal sheet, stainless metal sheet or aluminium metal sheet. A flat rubber sealant is standardly glued on the inlet side of the filter insert.

Field of use

Filter inserts MULTIPLAN in filter classes F6, F7 and F9 are mainly used as pre-filters for highly-efficient filter inserts which ensure correct conditions for their function and thus also their prolonged lifespan. Smaller size of filter inserts allows their mutual installation into the filter cabinets.
