Filter media are manufactured from irregularly organized, by heat connected glass fibres. Flexible fibres in the medium are progressively thickened towards the side of clean air. This is smoothened or reinforced with a special layer. The progressive structure of media ensures good arrestance, high holding capacity for accumulation of rough particles, especially paint overspray and slow growth in pressure losses.
Filters from glass fibres are used as floor filtration material for separation of fine and tiny drops of paints. They can be used up to 120°C.
Rolls: 0.5 x 20 m; 0.6 x 20 m; 0.7 x 20 m; 0.75 x 20 m; 0.8 x 20 m; 0.9 x 20 m; 1 x 20 m; 1.3 x 20 m; 1.5 x 20 m; 2 x 20 m
Due to the impregnation with a special binding agent, Paintstop Orange keeps high arrestance. Compared to the Paintstop Green, this filter is able to capture more dry particles.
Paintstop Orange is used for capturing overspray in paint shops, especially where fast-drying lacquer or paint is used.
Roll: 1x20 m; 2x20 m
This filter can also be delivered in other dimensions.
Unwinding filters Matic are used as prefilters for systems with multi-level filtration. The filter medium is produced from irregularly laid, heat connected glass fibres with high arrestance due to the impregnation with a special binding agent and it is able to capture more dry dust particles.
